Your first time on Attendela
We built Attendela to be eazy to use and we're constantly investing more into making things more intuitive, faster and easier to work with but sometimes new tools might feel overwhelming.
The dashboard
You will be able to manage all your events and all resources associated with them over at https://attendela.com/dashboard/. This is your main entrypoint.
On the left side of the screen you will find the menu which encompasses all the useful links you might need while using Attendela.

In case you are accessing the dashboard via a mobile device, then sidebar will be available by clicking the 3 vertical lines on the top right on the screen.

Next we are going to go through every page to better understand how the whole system works.
Events
View all events
Events are the core of Attendela. Every event has a public link associated with it that can be used to purchase tickets.
By clicking on the "Events" link over on the sidebar or by navigating to https://attendela.com/dashboard/events you are going to be redirected to a list of all your events (this list will be empty if you don't have any events).

This page features various details about the event such as the name, start/end date, timezone, or the currency used for the event.
On the far right of every row your are going to find an action button called "Actions" which will toggle a menu with more options.
- View event page: Redirects to the public page where your customers can buy tickets from. This link is used both for preview purposes as well as sharing it publicly.
- View: Opens a page with more details about that particular event then it was showcased in this table format. That page also includes more actions that can be taken regarding that event. You can also access this page by simply clicking on a row of this table.
- Edit: Used to either edit event details or various other resources associated with events.
Create new event
You can navigate to this page by clicking on the "New event" button at the top of the event's table or by navigating to https://attendela.com/dashboard/events/create.

Visibility: Defines the visibility status of your event (either public or private). By default all events are private, so only you can see them and set them up. Once you're ready to go live, publish a subscription and make them public. Name: This is the name of your event. It will be present both in the admin panel as well as on the public event page where customers can buy tickets from you.

Description: Optional field, used to share more details about the event. This field also features formatting options that will enhance the appereance of your event. Options include: bold, italic, links, H2, H3, lists and so on.

Slug: A unique, URL-friendly identifier for the event. This is typically used in the event’s web address (e.g., https://attendela.com/events/your-profile/event-slug) and should contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.

Address: The physical location where the event will take place. This can include the venue name, street address, city, state, and postal code or any other details relevant.

Support email: The email address attendees can contact for assistance or inquiries about the event. This should be actively monitored by your event support team.

Currency: The currency in which ticket prices and transactions will be processed. This can't be changed once the event was created.

Cover image: This image will appear on the top of the event's public page.

Date & time (timezone, start/end time): The start and end date and time of the event as well as the timezone used for the event. This determines when the event will occur.

Ticket types (name, description, quantity, price, visibility) Allows you to create as many tickets as you may need for that event. In order to maintain consitency, both quantity and price can't be changed once a tickets was saved. In case you don't want to use a ticket anymore please just use the visibility field and make it private. The currency used for the ticket is the currency defined for the whole event.
